What's the pros and cons of running a full exhaust vs a cutout exhaust?? My plan for my exhaust is to pass by a cop and never have him double-take and look at my exhaust as a reason to pull me over. . .facts and opinions would be great

Electric cutout exhaust

A 3 inch cutout vs a 3 inch straight through exhaust would be almost no benefit at all. But if you have small diameter piping, full cat, resonator and muffler to make the exhaust quiet then a cutout would make a lot of difference. But if you dont direct the piping out the side or back of the car you will have stank ass exhaust fumes going in the car when the cutout is open.
