Power Steering Noise

I just replaced the pressure hose on my power steering due to it leaking but now i have power steering noise thats really really annoying I put atf in it instead of power steering fluid on reccomendation from geoff pits i used mobil 1 synthetic and the resivoir is full anyone got an idea what it might be ?

ATF is fine and most noise's are either bad belt or bearing on the PS pump itself.

Hey i didnt flush the system first tho i just remembered witch line is the return on the resivor? but yea thats what i was thinking but it was fine before this incident
